One of the most important things you’ll need to learn when starting out sewing is how to correctly choose your pattern size. Rather than starting with your ready-to-wear size, you’ll need to take a few body measurements and then compare those to the pattern’s size chart. This post teaches you how to properly measure your body, select your size, and blend between sizes if your measurements don’t all fall into one size.
